Pay for products After making a choice, you will be taken to the pages where you choose a shipping and payment method. There are two options here:
1. Pay via iDeal / Advance payment (Bank transfer) / Credit card (Visa - Mastercard) / Maestro / Bancontact (Mister Cash) and you want to collect your order by PostNL or yourself at Btbshop ®.
2.Payment via iDeal / Advance payment (Bank transfer) / Credit card (Visa - Mastercard) / Maestro / Bancontact (Mister Cash) and pick up at Btbshop ® (by appointment).
Ship products The delivery of the products is not free of charge and depends on your order amount. If you order up to € 75.00 excl. VAT, you pay € 6.25 excl. VAT for shipping costs. From € 75 or more, your order will be shipped to you for FREE!
PostNL offers the package within one day after they have received it within the Netherlands and Belgium, from Monday to Saturday. If the addressee is not present at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a message with the addressee. This note contains a code, with which the addressee can change the delivery day and location via the internet. If this does not happen, the courier will try to offer the package again the next working day. If the courier also fails to deliver the package (to the neighbours) on the second attempt, the package will be taken to the nearest pick-up location. Here, the addressee in possession of identification can collect the package from the next day within 3 weeks at one of the 2700 service points.
Note: We cannot deliver to a PO box.

Complaints or dissatisfied with our service? Btbshop ® strives for an optimal service. If you are nevertheless dissatisfied with the product or service or have a complaint, we would like to hear from you. You can send your complaint by ticket via your account dashboard or contact us via the contact form on our website. You will receive a response from us within 24 hours.

Return (and/or cancel) your ordered products? (Only for consumers) Download the return form and state the order date, order number, order amount, and the reason for the cancellation or return of the product. Send this form to [email protected] You are not obliged to give a reason for revocation or return of the product. We will contact you by email or telephone within five working days. If you have ordered the product, but have not yet received it, but you still want to cancel the purchase, you can call us on working days from 09:00 - 17:00 on number 0418-510632.

Costs in case of withdrawal (Only for consumers)
1. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the costs of return will be borne by you at most.
2. If you have paid an amount, Btbshop ® will refund this amount as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after the return or cancellation.
Exclusion right of withdrawal (Only for consumers)
1. If you do not have a right of withdrawal, this can only be excluded by Btbshop ® if Btbshop ® has clearly stated this in the offer, at least in time for the conclusion of the agreement.
2. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for products: a. created by Btbshop ® in accordance with the consumer's specifications; b. that are clearly personal in nature; c. which cannot be returned due to their nature; d. that are created with electronic payment via iDeal; e. the price of which is subject to fluctuations in the financial market over which the entrepreneur has no influence; f. for loose newspapers and magazines; g. for audio and video recordings and computer software of which the consumer has broken the seal.
