The yuzu is the lesser known cousin of the lemon, although lesser known they have their own unique flavour! None of this good stuff is lost through our pureeing process – so not to worry! Handpicked in fruit orchards on the sun kissed island of Sicily, all our yuzus are grown without any genetic modification, fresh every season ODK-ORSA yuzu cocktail puree has an unbeatable shelf life.
